Deuel Coffee Roasting Made Easy is a great 5,000ft view of starting a coffee roasting business. Will it teach you the nuances of coaxing the best flavor out of a green coffee bean? Decidedly not-but there are dozens of books out there that address that end of the business.I would position this book as a jumping-off point for home roasters who are starting to think about turning their hobby into a moneymaking proposition. It will help you get your head around (in a very general way) some aspects of the business like marketing, green bean sourcing, etc. and help you make a decision about moving forward. Not a step-by-step guide, but more like sitting down (for coffee?) with someone in the business and asking them about some of the less obvious aspects of the industry.I would recommend it for someone who is considering taking their roasting hobby to the next level.

I know for a fact that numerous people who have bought a Coffee Crafter roaster have been successful in starting a part time or full time business and they are turning profits quickly.
