Tracey lives with her husband, Greg, in her hometown of Greenville, Texas. They have been married for twenty years and are parenting four girls and one boy. They have a transracial family made up of biological and adopted children.

I don't know how many times it made me cry and how many times I wondered if I had written it myself. It is so full of encouragement and wisdom for places I am and have been and will be. this book isn't just for adoptive parents it's for any parent or for anyone who's had a hard day. It's a book about God's grace and that in the hard times, good times, and everyday times He is enough.

Tracey has opened her heart and her world to others so they can get a taste of what it like to parent children from hard places. Her easy style of writing draws you in so you feel like you have had a cup of coffee with a really sweet friend!

I loved the transparency and openness that my friend, Tracey, reveals as she is writing about her life with adopted children. What a great insight into the process of adoption and what that can bring to a family.To hear how God worked in her life and the life of her family is very inspirational and brought tears of joy to my eyes. Who doesn't need the encouragement and testimonies from our brothers and sisters in Christ. This book shows proof that our hope in Christ is not unfruitful and that God is ever present in a time of need. We can trust Him and acknowledge Him in all our ways.Thank you Tracey Goen Fields for sharing your life with us!
