He talks about some positive behavior we need to show to others that are necessary to influence or persuade. The author tells you the right approach to gain confidence and convince people. It is a great book for people in leadership position. Other things I like with this book is how it talks about subconscious mind; how people can positively use their subconscious in productive ways.

It has a lot of good tips, such as positive affirmations, body language, and exercises that help improve the impression you give people. These are all presented in bullet-point format, which makes it easy to read. The argument is that the more positive and charismatic you appear, the more people will be drawn to you, and the more likely you will be able to influence them. That's only part of the equation. In order to influence people, you need to be able to generate ideas and come up with plans to make them work. This book doesn't cover that. Still, it is a good read for those looking for ways to boost their self confidence.
