About the Author Daughter of Ted and Dora Russell, Dr Elizabeth Miller spent all of her working life in the field of education. From 1958-68, she served as a high school teacher and principal in Joe Batt's Arm on Fogo Island. She left Joe Batt's Arm with her husband George Miller in 1968. After two years spent as Director of Communications with the Newfoundland Teachers' Association, in 1970 she joined the faculty (Department of English) of Memorial University. At MUN, Elizabeth taught courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels for the next thirty-two years. She received three significant awards: the Dean of Graduate Studies Award for Thesis Excellence (1988); the President's Award for Distinguished Teaching (1992); and the designation "Emeritus" (2004).Elizabeth found her scholarly niche first of all in the field of Newfoundland Literature. She published two biographies (of Norman Duncan and Ted Russell) and edited several anthologies of short stories and poetry. In the early 1990s her research interests took a new direction: the novel Dracula (1897), its author (Bram Stoker) and its influence. Elizabeth is recognized internationally as one of the leading scholars. Even though she retired in 2002, she continues to make productive contributions through her publications, participates in radio/television documentaries and lectures at international venues. Her research shows no signs of abating. Indeed, Elizabeth has re-embraced Newfoundland Studies with the publication of a collection of her mother's writing.Elizabeth currently lives in Toronto. Her main non-academic interests include travel and baseball.

By Mia's Point Of View Only Tonight is a fast-paced, incredibly sexy short story that will fascinate you like no other short story!You will drool over just 77 pages and it’s worth it!!I’d like to note that it’s an Erotic Romance, so you’ll see plenty of sexy scenes!! In fact, I thought it was a Romance and I found it with too many sexy scenes, but it’s not just a Romance. It’s Erotic and it matters!!Another point is that since it’s so short, we shouldn’t expect to see very well- and deeply-developed characters. But in my opinion, I did see fully developed characters!! I understood them, empathized with them and I completely fell for them!!And thank the author that we will have a sequel, because I couldn’t bear it otherwise! I crave to read more about our characters! They are so addictive and their story is so damn deliciously attractive!!It’s an extraordinary short story and I literally cannot wait for the second part to come, because Oh...my...God…Everything about it is just so swoon-worthy!!From Mickey and Derrick, to their explosive chemistry and their intriguing pasts!I don’t wanna give any spoilers, so all I can say is ‘Hurry up and grab it!!’Only Tonight receives 5 Amazing Stars, because it is an absolutely outstanding short novel that will keep us in our toes until we see the end!!

Kyle is a workaholic on a forced vacation. Strangers meet… Sparks fly. It was just going to be one night together to get it out of their system, then erotic explosions occurred that left me breathless. Elizabeth Miller has mad skills – she brings the emotion that draws the heat to a combustible level. Wowza, I’m plan to follow her around and read every word she puts down.

I have LOVED Elizabeth Miller's writing and this took it up a notch.Only Tonight is a spin off from her Midnight Sky series. Kyle our hero in Only Tonight is a side character from that series. But THIS BOOK CAN MUST DEFINITELY be read as a standalone. The other characters from the series aren't included in this book.Kyle is taking a break from his grueling day job. He sees Faith across the beach and has to have her. Needs to have her even if it is only one night.Faith has run away from her life and is hiding out in a beach resort area. She is happy to be by herself and not let anyone in behind her walls. But one night she can do, maybe.Oh boy, the sexual tension. The sexual release was off the charts. I need more of them and I need it ASAP!I highly recommend this book for a nice hot steamy sexy summer read!!!
