Unlike Any Paranormal Story I Have Ever Read BUT In The Best Way By SSP I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.I'm kind of mad at JA Fredericks right now. I knew this was a serial but holy hell woman!!JA Fredericks is a new author to me, but I am loving her so far. I definitely recommend her for one-clicking.Fifty Kinds of Dead is unlike any paranormal I have ever read. I would almost say it kind of reminds me of an old TV show Dead Like Me, but at the same time it is very different and unique in its own way.Ava, poor Ava. After she's completely screwed over by Dimitri, she begins to wander around and try to figure out what to do, while doing a little mild stalking. What I loved so much about Ava was she joked about giving up but she never did. Despite everything that was happening to her and around her she somehow managed to always have this invisible strength. You just knew she wasn't going to really give up and she knew it to. I loved that about her. You're allowed to wallow, you're allowed to whine, but you don't quit. Even if you're not sure what exactly it is your quitting.The steam factor in this book is super hot. I mean can we just take a moment to say ghost sex. Let's just say it out loud and let that marinate for a minute.I loved how as soon as you felt like the story settled in a routine and you knew what was going on BOOM wildcard.My favorite wildcard is Jackson. Holy hotness batman!! His chemistry with Ava is off the charts from the get go and despite a few setbacks when they get together: BOOOOOOOMMMMMMMAlex is another less-liked wildcard. I feel like there is definitely more than meets the eye with her and her situation with Jackson. I also feel like as much as I want to hate her I need to reserve judgement.This is part 1 of a serial so be prepared for the mother of all cliffhangers at the end. Hence my love/hate of JA Fredericks right now. I will without a doubt be waiting impatiently for the next in this series.

By Jody J This is the first book I have read by this author, and I am so glad I was given the opportunity to read this book. I don't normally read paranormal romance novels, so this was my first. J.A. Fredericks brings the characters alive with such a swift flow you feel like a part of each one of them as the story moves along. I connected with Ava instantly, how it hurt her, and how hard it was for her to let go in the beginning. But then she began to come alive in the arms of Jackson, oh Jackson, yummy! I fell in love with him right along with Ava. It just sucked that it had to end, I am going to be on pins and needles until book two comes out. I was given a free copy of this book by the author for my honest, un-biased review. Thanks so much for the opportunity to read such an awesome book J.A.! I am really not into Paranormal Romance Novels, then each page I read kept getting better and better it sucked me right in. First let's talk about Jackson, he is sweet,sexy, swoon worthy, strong, I could go on and on about this man he is just that perfect but he is always holding something back. Then thier is Ava I just loved her she so sweet trying to get use to her new life and Jackson awaking something inside of Ava, that all I can say without giving away spoilers. Then thiers the secondary characters. This is my first Book by J.A.
