Catherine brings all of her energy and spirit to everything she undertakes, and her book continues to support this! The theories and philosophies contained within the pages, supported by the statistical facts, create a very thought provoking read from cover to cover. Having been a client of Catherine's for several years, it is wonderful to be able to share with the team why we have been doing the work we have been doing. The Awakened Company is the perfect medium in which to do just that!

I agree with all of these positive reviews. The other benefit I received from this book is Catherine's recommendations and her own personal practices about how to become "awakened". These practices have helped me to be more effective at work and manage my stress better. I have been able to think more clearly to develop unique solutions and create positive relationships with my colleagues; such that I am actually having fun again in the office!
