But Jenny's coffee shop is mentioned as "bakery" quite a few times, although there's no mention of any bakery stuff in the whole book. .I usually stay as far away as possible if there's a mention of 'cozy' in the description. This was an accidental download, but it was free, so....I understand the cat is part of the story, but really - animals as a rule are not even allowed in food establishments and this cat is all over the place - including the counter. And no one complaints?Questioning "suspects" with the cat in her arms or on her lap? Really?And Jenny's relationship with "the new guy in town" happens just out of the blue.None of the characters in this book really appealed to me all that much, But it was a quick read, and it passed the time on a rainy afternoon.
