This is not a book to be read without opening yourself and allowing the spirit in. Whether or not you are a follower of Christ this book will open your eyes. Remove the author's personal experience and insert your own you are sure to find similarities. It's hard to read this book without contemplating your life.The exercises in this book are great for journaling. It's about self discovery. Sometimes you have to separate the message from the messenger in order to receive it. That's what I had to do even though it was hard. I felt the loss of a friend. So I've read and meditated on the words and guess what I discovered,the tower I so painstakingly built had to come down not just for me but for my family. It's time. Thank you Little for helping to guide me to a place I did not want to go.Kudos to you on Volume 1 now where's Volume 2.

I usually give books about 100 pages for me to see if Im going to continue with reading it. Life Lessons from the Bible gripped my interest from the introduction through the lessons and prayers at the end of the chapter, and all the way to the last chapter. The author truly speaks of a process of healing that will immediately cause you to look inwardly at what may be hindering you from moving forward in your life. Very thought provoking. I especially love chapter 4 when it talks about how great separation can be. Love love love this book!!!!
