About the Author Pastor Danyelle Scroggins is the Senior Pastor of New Vessels Ministries North in Shreveport, Louisiana. She studied Theology at Louisiana Baptist University, and has a Psychology Degree from University of Phoenix and an Interdisciplinary Degree in Psychology and Biblical Studies from Liberty University. The first story spoke about the power of pain. It was followed by the power of restoration, the power of love, and the power of forgiveness.Each story had real-life situations that detailed our human failings, yet these powerful stories pointed us to the ultimate solution – a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. I liked how the author weaved in the scriptures, interpreted them, and then fitted them into the situations that the characters were going through. I was right there, nodding my head in agreement and praying that the characters made it. And, yes, I had laugh-out-loud moments too…a whole lot. That Felecia was no joke. One person cannot be that crazy. Poor Dean. I really felt his pain as he tried to deal with Felecia’s antics. He had the patience of Job.While I loved the different characters, I thoroughly enjoyed the relationship between Taj (aka Boaz) and Dallas. Talk about waiting for your Boaz and reaping the benefits of having a godly partner. Love. Love. Love. This book should be in all church libraries, to be read by singles, and I would include those who are married too. It would also be great for group discussions.Looking forward to reading more books by Danyelle Scroggins. An anointed, beautifully written book. Highly recommended!

It was beautiful how the author took scriptures and worked them into the story emphasizes the meaning of each story. Please give us another book in the Power Series.
