The first, STOP OVER IN ROME, is a thriller; the second, UNDER THE VINE COVERED ARBOR, is a tragedy, and the third, WHILE TEMPING AT THE CARWASH AGENCY, is a sweet romance. As I personally prefer romances, I enjoyed the last story the most, though all three were well written and gripping!In the romance, Pina works as a temp in order to finance her university course. This time, she's got a particularly nasty boss in the form of Stephanie who is firmly focused on herself, no matter what happens. Then Robert appears. He's fascinated by Pina's beautiful voice. Fun and confusion follow, with a very satisfying end.I enjoyed the descriptions of the diverse characters in this short story trio and have just bought the trio #3 as well.
