About the Author

Ann VanderMeer is the Hugo Award–winning editor of Weird Tales and the founder of Buzzcity Press. She has also won a World Fantasy Award and a British Fantasy Award for coediting The Weird: A Compendium of Strange and Dark Stories. She is the coeditor of numerous titles, including The Kosher Guide to Imaginary Animals, Steampunk, Steampunk II: Steampunk Reloaded, and The Steampunk Bible. Jeff VanderMeer is a columnist, a publisher, and the author of several books, including Booklife, City of Saints & Madmen, Finch, Shriek: An Afterword, Veniss Underground, and Wonderbook, the world’s first fully illustrated, full-color creative writing guide. Although, as with all anthologies, some stories appeal more than others, there wasn't a story here that I felt didn't belong. (Disclaimer: I was a Kickstarter backer for this project, which really just means I paid for my copy quite a bit in advance.)Stories that especially stood out for me:"The Forbidden Words of Margaret A." by L. Timmel DuchampSpeculative *legal* fiction about a woman, seemingly ordinary, but the power of whose words are so intense the Constitution has been amended to stop her."The Screwfly Solution" by James Tiptree Jr.Best last line ever."Gestella" by Susan PalwickWhat if a werewolf fell in love with a human? They take people who are troubled and lost and try to help them regain their lives. Yes they have some restrictions and rules but they do not belittle them for having drinking or drug or mental problems.

About the Author

Paul Schnitzler, PhD, is a faculty member of the engineering management program at the University of South Florida (USF), where he teaches courses in change, motivation, and creativity. Dr. Schnitzler is also a change management speaker, author, and consultant. He has presented many seminars on change and entrepreneurship in China and Saudi Arabia, and has also presented at TEDx in Tampa Bay, Florida.

As an experienced leader and engineer, Dr. Schnitzler, has made significant contributions in many industries including wire, fiber, satellite and undersea telecommunications, as well as video cameras, ultrasonics, and creativity. Among other awards, he was named the 2009 IEEE Region 3 Joseph M. Biedenbach Outstanding Engineering Educator for his work at USF and in the industry. He holds six granted patents and is widely published.

Dr. Schnitzler earned his BSEE, MSEE, and PhD in electrical engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of NYU.

By Bill Collins Background information: I'm retired after 26 years of management experience with J&J and Honeywell in both R&D and Operations.I purchased Dr. Schnitzler's, because I enjoy working with him as an Alumni Advisor to the Florida Gamma chapter of Tau Beta Pi the National Engineering Honor Society at the University of South Florida where he is the chapter's Chief Advisor.Based on the book's title I believed it described how to eliminate the fears a leader feels when implementing change. As I begin to understand the "YES I AM Solution", I realized that it can reduce the level of fear for everyone involved in the change process. In my opinion, the "YES I AM Solution" is applicable to leading product and process development projects as well as leading change initiatives.So much good step-by-step advice exists in this book, that if I was leading a change initiative today, I'd like to have an eBook version on my smart phone so I could easily review the important things to consider and do in each phase of the change process.

Storyline was great as was the characters By M.Fields This was my first book I have read by Cantore, but it will not be my last.Storyline was great as was the characters, the characters are real and you just want to stay in the pages for ever.The book did however need to be longer I hated to see it end.Suspense's are so good when written by someone who knows what they are doing.I gave this book 4.5 stars. I can't wait for book two in this series now.I was given a copy of this book by the publisher for my honest review.

I just love Cantore's books and I have really looked forward to this one. It didn't disappoint. I highly recommend this and look forward to book 2 in this series.

It takes you from the idea of a nonprofit you may want to form and walking you through the things you'll need to consider like for example the name, structure, budgeting, marketing and many more. This book is also concise, well written and very understandable. It is inspiring and encouraging for anyone with a passion for nonprofits.
